Kolb Grading, LLC was selected to perform many phases of this landfill. We created cells and followed Department of Natural Resources restrictions and guidelines. Project features:
- Three Phases of Construction Performed
- 750,000 cy of Blasted Rock
- Constructed Cell 3, 4A, and 4B
- Subgrade; Survey and Layout
- Installed 12 acres of 90 mil HDPE liner on a 3:1 slope
- Installed 2 ft of clay
- Sand Installation
