Kolb Grading performed multiple phases of work at the Onyx Oakridge Landfill, creating cells in line with Missouri Department of Natural Resources guidelines. Across three construction phases, Kolb blasted 750,000 cubic yards of rock, built Cells 3, 4A, and 4B, and installed 12 acres of 90-mil HDPE liner on a 3:1 slope over two feet of clay and a sand layer.
