Kolb Grading was selected by Landesign, LLC to perform demolition and grading for the Pattonville High School natatorium and stadium in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Work included 50,000 cubic yards of excavation, subgrade preparation for the athletic field and parking lot, soil stabilization, over-excavation for retaining walls, and 84,300 square yards of finish grade.
