Kolb Grading, LLC extended a 4 acre lake to a 90 acre lake and removed the
old dam and installed a new one. Along the existing hillside, we cut & blasted
approximately 2.5 miles of roadway along the lake and throughout the project,
being cautious to leave the surrounding trees and vegetation as undisturbed as
possible.

- Blasted for Boathouse and Channel Leading into Lake
- Graded for 3 Houses, Pavilion and Boat Ramp
