Kolb Grading performed many phases of work at the Veolia Oakridge Landfill, ultimately closing the landfill in close coordination with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The scope included a surface water management system, 207,160 square yards of subgrade preparation, more than 1.8 million square feet of 40-mil HDPE liner, a 10,000-linear-foot diversion berm, two feet of clay, and rooting zone construction.
