Kolb Grading, LLC was awarded several contracts to perform excavation and utilities at this 800 acre site. Lakeside 370 is a recreational and business park located off of Highway 370 in St. Peters, MO. We moved 6 million cy of dirt and created a 150 acre lake in 12 months. Kolb worked with Swallowtail on this project in accordance with the environmental plan. The scope of work:
- Wetland Protection; 6 million cy Excavation; 140 Acre Recreational Lake
- Placed 3 million cy of Fill to Create a 4 Mile Levee
- Access Roads Were Constructed Using 11,000 Tons of Crushed Aggregate
- Placed Over 100,000 Tons of Shot Rock and Liner in Canals Creating a Reverse Filter System
- Jet Grouting Was Performed in Existing Railroad
- Installed 38 Relief Wells
