Kolb Grading was selected as the general contractor for construction on Route 76 in Stone County, Missouri, performing clearing, Class A and Class C excavation, and utility installation. The work also included ditch checks and silt fence, sanitary, water, and sewer utilities, and guardrail and concrete median.
