Hardin Construction selected Kolb Grading, LLC to construct parking lots and
building pads for the St. Louis Premium Outlets. The scope of work for this contract:
- Site Finishing Consisting of 60 Acres
- 250,000 cy of Import for Approved Borrow Pit
- 180,000 cy of Onsite Cut
- Import Material; Lime Stabilization
- Erosion Control Installation and Maintenance
- Two Shifts Working; Construction in MODOT ROW
- Traffic Control
