Kolb Grading was selected by Freise Construction to perform grading and foundation preparation for the school site. The work included clearing and grubbing more than 4 acres, 88,550 cubic yards of excavation, subgrade building pad and parking-lot preparation, limestone screening, and soil stabilization with lime slurry, along with silt fence, survey and layout, and a temporary construction entrance.
