Past Projects:
- Located between the River Road and Old Hwy 94 in St. Charles County, MO, Talbridge subdivision combines residential and commercial uses. We partnered with SCGC Development to clear and prepare the 186-acre site, install storm and sanitary water utilities, subgrade new roadbeds, create five new lakes and provide seeding and erosion control around the lake beds.
- Not limited to single family projects, we are also active in the creation of retirement communities. JHB Properties selected us to perform excavation and grading for The Arbors at Meramec Bluffs in Ballwin, MO. The project included clearing and grubbing 15 acres, drilling and shooting rock, rock excavation, retaining wall excavation and undercutting for a pond clay liner.
