Kolb Grading, LLC was awarded several contracts to perform excavation and utilities at this 800 acre site. Park 370 is a recreational and business park located off of Highway 370 in St. Peters. We moved 6 million cy of dirt and created a 140 acre lake in 12 months. Kolb worked with Swallowtail on this project on the environmental plan. The scope of work:
- 6 Million cy Excavation; 140 Acre Recreational Lake
- Placed 3 Million cy of Fill to Create a 4 Mile Levee
- Constructed Building Sites With Finish Grade to +/- 0.2
- Access Roads Were Constructed Using 11,000 Tons of Crushed Aggregate
- Demolished Existing Road, Raised It, and Repaved 9,000 sy of Concrete
- Placed over 100,000 Tons of Shot Rock and Liner in Canals Creating a Reverse Filter System
- 100,000 ft of Storm, Sanitary and Water Main
